forge AI studio offers a 60-day money-back guarantee for Forge credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied, including if you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your order date. This does not affect any additional rights you have under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund. Use the email address used at checkout and provide your order or transaction reference so the payment support team can locate the purchase. Do not send passwords or complete card details.

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds. The payment method, processing and timing are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law; your bank may take additional time to show a returned payment.

Credit packs and current test purchases
