1. Seller and acceptance

Forge AI Studio is an AI website and app creation service provided by forge AI studio. You contract with forge AI studio for use of the service. By continuing to use Forge, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract and have authority to act for any organisation you represent.

2. Accounts and access

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Forge within its available features and account limits.

3. Acceptable use and AI safety

Do not use Forge for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, exploitation, deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not generate or distribute malware, interfere with security, probe systems without permission, scrape without authorisation, bypass technical restrictions, or jailbreak safety controls.

We may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, or address legal and security risks.

4. Your content and AI outputs

You retain your rights in the prompts, images and other content you supply, and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them. You authorise us and our service providers to host and process that content only as needed to provide and secure Forge.

To the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for your projects; we do not claim ownership of your original inputs or outputs. AI output may not be unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for your prompts, use of outputs, and checking their accuracy, legality and suitability before publishing.

AI can make mistakes. Outputs are not a substitute for supervised legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. Forge is not ChatGPT and is not sponsored or endorsed by OpenAI.

Rights holders may request review or takedown by identifying the affected published URL, the protected work, evidence of ownership and a reply contact. Seller support contact details will be published before live sales launch. We may remove disputed content and suspend or terminate access for repeated infringement.

5. Forge intellectual property and availability

forge AI studio retains ownership of Forge's software, documentation, branding and other service intellectual property. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not resell the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or circumvent access limits.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance, accurate AI results, or that every requested feature can be generated. AI availability depends on the connected provider. Review and test generated sites before relying on them.

6. Credit purchases and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Pack prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes and the final amount are disclosed at checkout. Forge credits are service-use units, not cash, a deposit account or an investment, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money except through an applicable purchase refund.

Paid packs currently remain test-only. Live checkout and paid deductions are disabled until seller approval and credit-spending safeguards are complete. Test transactions do not create revenue or paid production access.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For live orders once enabled, payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy provides a 60-day request period.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Access to affected projects may end on termination; retain your own copies of content you need.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data. Updated terms will be published on this page; material changes will be communicated where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
